Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to encourage informed purchasing decisions
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays to highlight key products and promotions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to balance customer assistance with store cleanliness and organization

Requirements





- Multilingual skills or bilingual ability to communicate with diverse customer groups is highly desirable
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred, especially with product demos or technical products
- Robust communication skills with the ability to explain complex features clearly and confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising, stock levels, and store presentation
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures, phone etiquette, and time management techniques

Pay: $15.00-$26.84 per hour
