Skybound Management is hiring a full time Entry Level Enrollment Associate to join our Winnipeg sales and development team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, learning new skills, and building experience in sales and customer service.

As an Entry Level Enrollment Associate, you'll speak with customers in person, learn about their current Internet, TV, and home phone services, and help them understand their available options. You'll explain service packages in a simple, easy-to-understand way and assist customers with completing their enrollment.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide product familiarization, onboarding support, and hands-on guidance to help you become confident in the Entry Level Enrollment Associate role.

What You'll Do as an Entry Level Enrollment Associate

- Speak with customers in person and learn about their current service needs.
- Explain Internet, TV, and home phone options in a clear and friendly way.
- Help customers compare available service packages and understand their options.
- Assist customers with the enrollment process from start to finish.
- Answer basic questions and provide helpful customer support throughout the conversation.




- Recommend service options based on each customer's needs.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional and engaging conversations.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals while developing your sales and communication skills.
