We are looking for a motivated Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with management and cleaning staff to support daily operations, assist with training, and help ensure our high standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a team environment.

There are two full time positions available with varied hours. Sunday to Thursday and Tuesday to Saturday

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Perform Janitorial inspections for various accounts
- Perform Health and Safety inspections
- Meet with clients and interact in a professional & courteous manner to maintain good relations and client satisfaction
- Hiring employees & entering information payroll
- Train employees and closely work with them
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Retain knowledge of cleaning systems, chemicals and equipment
- Willing to travel in the surrounding areas
- Communicate deficiencies with employees and subcontractors
- Office duties include data entry and submission of documents to correct departments
- Support the team to reach common goals and continue to grow team
- Willing to train on basic floor machines
- Physical aptitude to effectively move items up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other job duties as required /requested by Management.
- Conduct janitorial inspections across multiple accounts to ensure service quality and compliance with company standards.
- Perform regular Health and Safety inspections.
- Meet with clients and interact professionally and courteously to maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist with employee hiring processes and enter payroll-related information accurately.
- Train employees and provide ongoing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures at all times.
- Maintain working knowledge of cleaning systems, chemicals, and equipment.




- Travel to surrounding service locations as required to support operational needs.
- Communicate operational deficiencies or performance concerns with employees and subcontractors and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Support team members in achieving operational goals and contribute to the continued growth and success of the team.
- Participate in training on basic floor maintenance equipment and procedures.
- Demonstrate the physical capability to move items up to 50 pounds when required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support operational requirements.

Requirements:

- Successful applicants will have to undergo the necessary background checks and high security clearances which all costs are covered by Bee Clean
- Relevant janitorial experience considered an asset
- Flexible with hours during weekdays
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email communication, and data entry.
- Exhibit solid work ethic and be adaptable and accountable
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Great organization and possess a keen eye for detail
- Works well under pressure multi- tasking and able to prioritize
- Take initiative and assist when needed and exhibit teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean drivers abstracts
- A confident and capable driver to do longer road distances as needed
