Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Labour/Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery and performing physical labour to support ongoing projects. Your expertise will help ensure safe, efficient, and precise execution of construction tasks.

Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and grader to perform earthmoving, grading, pipe work, and material handling tasks
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures during equipment operation and construction activities
- Assist with site preparation, material transportation,



and site cleanup to maintain a productive work setting
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment use and project timelines effectively
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities
- Support other construction-related tasks as needed to meet project deadlines

Experience

- Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment systems for troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Previous construction experience with a focus on earthworks projects preferred
- Preferably Valid commercial class 1 drivers license

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
