Pharmacy Assistant – Kroll Experience Required

Location: Mississauga, Ontario
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our pharmacy team. Candidates must have hands-on experience using the Kroll Pharmacy Software System and be comfortable working in a busy community pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

- Process prescriptions using Kroll pharmacy software
- Enter patient and prescription information accurately
- Prepare and label prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Assist with prescription billing and third-party insurance claims
- Handle refill requests and prescription inquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with inventory management and ordering
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and efficient pharmacy environment

Qualifications

- Previous Pharmacy Assistant experience required
- Kroll experience required
- Knowledge of prescription processing and pharmacy workflow
- Experience with third-party insurance billing is an asset
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
