We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to learn a skilled trade while working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Requirements

- Valid G Driver’s License
- Ability to drive and park in residential areas
- Robust punctuality and reliability — arriving on time is essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physically capable, agile, and able to work long hours during peak season

Role & Responsibilities

- Support and assist the Lead Technician on job sites
- Maintain and manage daily inventory, ensuring all materials and equipment are ready for each project
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and preparing job sites
- Use various power tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Follow instructions and help execute tasks from start to finish on each project
- Maintain focus and accuracy during time-sensitive operations

Work Environment & Expectations

This role requires someone dependable, focused, and able to perform under pressure. Our work is seasonal and physically demanding,



especially during peak months.

- Season Start: Late March / Early April
- Peak Season: April through end of June
- Mid-Season Slowdown: July & August
- Second Peak: End of August through October

During peak periods, long hours are expected, and the ability to maintain quality and efficiency is critical. We work long weekends, weekends unless it's raining. This is non-negotiable.
