Air Freight Operator We are seeking an experienced Airfreight Operator to join our team at GW Montreal. This role is ideal for motivated logitics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling both air import and export operations independently. Know-how that I bring along

- Minimum 3 years of operational experience in air freight forwarding
- Strong working knowledge of both imports and exports
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume, high-energy environment
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & French required)
- Experience with CargoWise One and Microsoft Office is a robust asset
- Dangerous Goods (DG) certification and/or CIFFA certification an asset

- Coordinate and manage air import and export shipments from origin to final delivery
- Process air freight documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, airlines, and overseas agents
- Track, trace, and monitor shipments to ensure on-time performance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures




- Negotiate rates and select the most efficient and cost effective routing solutions
- Maintain shipment data, financial accuracy and quality standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities
