Job Overview

Objective: The Replenishment Associate supports the daily movement of inventory from delivery to customer purchase, helping ensure customers can consistently find the products they expect when they shop at Nature’s Emporium.

Working as part of the Replenishment Team, the Replenishment Associate is responsible for receiving, moving, stocking, rotating and organizing inventory while maintaining strong standards for product availability, inventory accuracy, merchandising and store readiness.

This is a hands-on operational role that works closely with the Replenishment Lead and Replenishment Manager to execute daily priorities efficiently, accurately and safely.

Core Responsibilities

Inventory Flow

- Receive and unload incoming deliveries.
- Break down trucks and organize product for efficient movement throughout the store.
- Move inventory safely and efficiently between receiving, storage and sales-floor locations.
- Replenish shelves, displays and promotional areas based on established priorities.
- Ensure product is moved from receiving and overstock areas to the sales floor promptly.
- Rotate product using established FIFO and product-quality standards.
- Support ordering and promotional ordering activities as assigned.

Inventory Control

- Maintain organized and accessible backroom and overstock areas.
- Identify and communicate low-stock, out-of-stock and overstock situations.
- Support inventory counts and inventory investigations.
- Assist with vendor returns, product transfers and other inventory adjustments.
- Monitor product dates, condition and quality.
- Remove damaged, expired or unsellable product according to company procedures.
- Support inventory accuracy by ensuring product is stored, stocked and recorded correctly.

Merchandising





- Execute promotional displays, flyer features and merchandising direction.
- Support planogram implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain clean, organized and well-stocked shelves and displays.
- Ensure products are correctly located, faced and accurately priced.
- Support Discovery Area execution and passive sampling initiatives as assigned.
- Complete merchandising and promotional changes within established timelines.

Operational Excellence

- Maintain Ready for Business standards throughout the shift.
- Complete assigned replenishment priorities efficiently and accurately.
- Identify inventory, merchandising, pricing or operational issues and communicate them to the Replenishment Lead or Replenishment Manager.
- Follow established replenishment processes, routines and productivity expectations.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Replenishment Team and store departments to support overall store readiness.
- Use replenishment, inventory and store systems accurately as required.
- Adapt to changing priorities, deliveries and operational needs throughout the shift.

Customer Experience

- Acknowledge and assist customers while working on the sales floor.
- Help customers locate products and connect them with the appropriate team member when additional assistance is required.
- Keep aisles, work areas and equipment organized to maintain a safe and positive shopping environment.
- Demonstrate Nature’s Emporium customer-service standards in all interactions.

Health & Safety

- Follow all company health and safety policies, procedures and protected-work practices.
- Operate equipment only when appropriately trained and authorized.
- Maintain clean, organized and hazard-free receiving, storage and sales-floor work areas.
- Report hazards, incidents,



injuries and unsafe conditions promptly.
- Follow safe lifting, product-handling and equipment procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous retail, grocery, receiving, stocking or inventory experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
- Demonstrated reliability, initiative and accountability.
- Ability to follow established processes while adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using inventory, ordering and other store systems as required.
- Flexibility to workdays, evenings, weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, push and pull product throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely move merchandise and equipment consistent with the physical requirements of the position.
- Ability to work in receiving, storage, refrigerated and sales-floor environments as required.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 37.5 per week
