What You'll Do

As Assitent Sales Manager, you’re not just selling a service—you’re inviting people into a lifestyle that helps them feel better in their bodies every single day. You’ll support daily studio operations, drive membership sales, and help lead a team dedicated to client care and community impact.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead the Member Experience

- Greet every guest with warmth and professionalism.
- Guide first-time visitors through intro sessions with energy and enthusiasm.
- Become a trusted resource on their wellness journey.

Drive Studio Sales

- Engage with all incoming leads through phone, text, email, and in-studio interactions
- Conduct studio tours, explain membership options, and close sales
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a high conversion rate
- Work with the team to hit weekly and monthly sales targets
- Assist with scheduling, and supporting members needs.
- Attend local events and community outreach opportunities to generate awareness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment

Support the General Manager

- Assist with scheduling, team performance tracking, and motivating staff.
- Take ownership of operations, stepping in wherever needed—from front desk to admin to studio floor.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy setting.

Qualifications

- Proven sales experience (fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- Confident communicator with a passion for helping others
- Able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic studio environment
- A team player who understands that collaboration fuels success
- Weekend and evening availability required
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-up, and selling memberships
- Positive, professional attitude with strong work ethic
- Basic computer and CRM skills (training provided
