PermaCorp is a Winnipeg-based specialty metals and railing contractor delivering quality installations on commercial, institutional, and residential projects across Manitoba. We are growing our installation team and are looking for a motivated tradesperson who takes pride in their work. No railing experience? No problem — if you have solid hands-on trades skills, we will train you on our systems and set you up for success.

Install aluminum, steel, and miscellaneous metals railing systems on commercial and institutional job sites

Install glass guardrail systems, including base-shoe, laminated, and tempered glass

Read and work from shop drawings and architectural plans

Verify plumb, level, alignment, and tolerances to specification





Take accurate site measurements to support fabrication

Coordinate with general contractors and site supervisors

Identify and resolve installation deficiencies through to close-out

Maintain a clean, secure, and organized work site at all times

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience in any skilled trade — framing, siding, windows, concrete, or similar (railing experience is a bonus, not a requirement)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
