Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and energetic Full-Time Security Guard to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense, ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ premises through active monitoring, access control, and incident response. Your proactive approach will help maintain a secure environment while providing excellent service to visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

- Monitor access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises
- Conduct regular patrols of the property using CCTV surveillance systems and physical inspections
- Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including medical or safety concerns
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for accountability and reporting purposes
- Enforce security policies, manage conflict situations with professionalism, and de-escalate disputes when necessary




- Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to monitor activity and identify potential threats or suspicious behavior
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by deterring theft and unauthorized access

Requirements

- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
- Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), conflict management, CCTV operation, or loss prevention are a plus
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify unusual activity or safety hazards quickly
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and visitors
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing conflicts or emergency situations
- Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods during shifts
- Knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems, and emergency response procedures

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
