About the Role

We are currently seeking energetic Line Cooks and Prep Cooks who value teamwork, bring high energy to every shift, and take pride in crafting memorable dining experiences.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

- Food Preparation: Prep ingredients with precision and cook dishes (grilling, frying, sautéing) to exact recipes and presentation standards.
- Station Management: Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station (pantry, grill, prep line) for smooth, efficient service.
- Quality Control: Ensure every plate meets high standards for flavor, consistency, portion control, and plating.
- Efficiency & Speed: Execute orders rapidly and accurately during high-volume peak service hours.
- Safety & Sanitation:



Maintain a spotless workstation, adhere to health codes, and follow proper food storage/labeling procedures.
- Inventory & Prep Lists: Monitor stock levels, restock during shifts, and complete daily prep lists accurately.
- Teamwork: Maintain positive, clear, and respectful communication with both back-of-house and front-of-house teams.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

- Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a fast-paced restaurant setting (preferred).
- Skills: Strong working knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety practices (FoodSafe certification is an asset).
- Stamina & Agility: Ability to stand for extended periods, move efficiently in a high-pressure setting, and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to recipe execution, portion control, and presentation.
- Attitude: Reliable, punctual, and possesses a team-first mindset.
- Language: English (required).

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
