We are currently seeking a Therapist (MT) to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments based on individual patient/client needs.
- Conduct appropriate assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Educate clients on treatment plans, home-care exercises, and wellness strategies.
- Monitor client progress and modify treatments when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and other healthcare practitioners.
- Follow applicable provincial regulations, professional standards, and clinic policies.
- Maintain appropriate professional documentation and client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Diploma or recognized qualification in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the applicable provincial regulatory body, where required.
- Eligible to practice as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in the province of employment.
- Professional liability insurance as required.
- CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, reliable, and patient-focused approach.
