Duties

- Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service initiatives
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and skilled growth
- Manage payroll processing, budgeting, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity
- Oversee purchasing decisions and vendor negotiations to maintain optimal stock levels and product availability
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract customers and boost sales
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and store standards
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting purposes
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative environment




- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism via phone or in person, ensuring excellent service delivery
- Monitor store appearance and organization through merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience
- Perform administrative tasks such as bookkeeping, record keeping, and preparing sales reports

Experience

- Proven supervisory or managerial experience in retail sales or store management roles
- Strong background in merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, recruiting, training & development, and team leadership
- Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, cash handling, and bookkeeping practices
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with POS systems, marketing techniques, retail sales processes, and administrative responsibilities
- Prior experience supervising staff in retail settings with a focus on customer service excellence
