Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, managing food and beverage orders, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves serving food and drinks, handling transactions, and ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service and food safety practices. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems are preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cashiering duties with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensure food safety standards are met during food handling and serving processes
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including tables, bar, and workstations
- Engage with guests to create a positive dining experience through friendly communication and attentive service
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management skills




- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service operations
- Follow all food industry regulations regarding health, safety, and sanitation

Skills

- Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences

Pay: $17.65 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
