Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Glazier/AAADM Certified Door Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining glass and door systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure the safety, security, and aesthetic appeal of our clients’ properties. Duties

- Install, repair, and replace glass panels, storefronts, windows, and doors in commercial and residential settings
- Perform AAADM (American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers) certified inspections, adjustments, and troubleshooting on automatic doors and access control systems
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications
- Use hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, and caulking guns to complete installations with precision
- Conduct restoration work including drywall repair, painting touch-ups, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing repairs, welding tasks, and general construction finishing




- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing and energy efficiency of installed systems
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with construction materials.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and construction techniques used in glazing and door systems
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately
- AAADM certification for automatic doors is required; additional certifications in glazing or related fields are a plus
- Familiarity with restoration processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials safely and work at heights as needed

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
