Responsibilities

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and care
- Cook pizzas to perfection using ovens and other kitchen equipment while maintaining consistent quality
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Assist in food preparation for other menu items as needed to support the kitchen team
- Serve customers efficiently at the counter or during takeout orders, providing friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils,



and work surfaces
- Follow all restaurant policies related to food safety, hygiene, and proper storage of ingredients

Experience

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred
- Hands-on experience with cooking and meal preparation in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential
- Experience with serving customers and managing food service operations is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment used for pizza making such as ovens, mixers, and prep stations
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards
