As part of the Cyber Managed Identity Services team, you'll support and enhance Identity Governance and administration, as well as manage Multi-Factor Authentication processes.

Your role will involve thorough investigation of IAM issues and communication with clients to ensure robust service delivery and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

- Support access request workflows and entitlement updates
- Process privileged access requests and monitor service health
- Resolve authentication failures and lockout issues
- Manage IAM incidents following ITSM guidelines
- Develop and maintain necessary documentation and evidence Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or similar
