ACCOUNT MANAGER –

BC LOWER MAINLAND & VANCOUVER ISLANDWe’re looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow our business across BC’s Lower Mainland and

Vancouver Island, with the position based in the Victoria or Vancouver area. Reporting to the Regional Sales

Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, building relationships, and executing strategic initiatives with retailers in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Grow sales with hardware, home improvement, and building material retailers.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Execute merchandising programs and promotional displays.
- Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and manufacturer partners.
- Attend trade shows, dealer events, and customer meetings.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate activity reporting.




- Travel throughout the territory, including occasional overnight travel (up to 25%).

Qualifications

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a territory.
- Proficient with computers and virtual communication tools.
- Home improvement industry, retail, outside sales, or merchandising experience is preferred.
