Main Objective

Manage client relationships; ensure order follow-up and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Respond promptly to inquiries (email/phone) Provide accurate service and exceed expectations.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients; act as the main point of contact for special projects.
- Order Follow-up: Regularly review open orders; ensure full follow-up through to delivery.
- Internal Coordination: Communicate client issues internally; coordinate orders, changes, and quotations.
- Planning & Logistics: Plan deliveries (just-in-time); manage delays and propose solutions.
- Data Management: Maintain contracts and orders; track forecasts (products and revenue).
- Other Duties: Perform any other related responsibilities associated with the role.
