Role Description The Accounts Receivable Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ottawa, ON.



This position is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, including preparing and issuing invoices, recording payments, reconciling customer accounts, and following up on outstanding balances in a timely and skilled manner. The role involves reviewing contracts and billing terms, resolving discrepancies with internal teams and customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

The administrator will generate regular aging reports, support month-end and year-end activities, and provide accurate documentation and information to the Finance and Accounting teams.
