Join the Ontario First Nations Technical Services Corporation as an Administrative professional. This stimulating full-time role focuses on efficient scheduling and administrative support. As an Administrative Assistant at OFNTSC, you will assist with key administrative tasks including meeting coordination, project tracking, and efficient communication.

Your ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively will enhance the impact of our technical services aimed at First Nations communities in Ontario. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and document detailed meeting minutes
- Prepare and support events and training sessions
- Handle incoming calls and manage appropriate routing
- Draft and format official communications and reports
- Organize departmental electronic filing systems Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in relevant fields is an asset
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Valid Ontario class G driver’s license required Utilize your administrative expertise to foster growth and self-sufficiency within First Nations communities at OFNTSC.
