Competition Close Date: Thursday, September 24, 2026 @ 11:59pm

Calendar: This is a year-round position and is eligible to participate in the organization's Earned Days Off (EDO) program, providing additional scheduled time off from June to August in accordance with program guidelines.

Salary: Exempt Grade PP1 $79,400 - $96,800 annually

FTE: 1.0 - 35 hours per week

What does this role look like?

The CBE understands the future of work is flexible. In this role, you are eligible to participate in a flexible work program that allows you to work remotely for up to three days a week. A minimum of two days must be in the office. At certain times, you maybe be required to work in the office more then 2 days per week based on operational requirements.

Purpose The purpose of this job is to plan, coordinate, and facilitate the key activities related to Admin Staffing.

Accountability

This job is accountable for:

- the planning, scheduling, organizing, communicating and monitoring of principal and assistant-principal candidate pool processes
- the planning, scheduling,



organizing, communicating and monitoring of the ARP process, including external recruitment of school administrators during spring staffing
- collaborating with interest holders to implement effective administrative staffing solutions

What will you do?

Major Responsibilities

- Prepares monthly Administrator Staffing reports and presentations.
- Develops, distributes, and analyzes feedback surveys and leadership intent forms, providing reports and insights to Education Directors.
- Creates, updates, and maintains candidate pool materials, process documentation, and reporting to support an effective candidate experience.
- Coordinates and administers all aspects of the candidate pool process, including scheduling committee activities, managing communications, and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinates applicant vetting, credential validation, and related administrative processes.
- Gathers stakeholder feedback and recommend process improvements to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborates across HR teams to provide data, reporting, and administrative support for Administrator Staffing initiatives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications

Education and Experience

- Bachelor Degree in Business; or equivalent.
- Three to five years of progressive experience in Human Resource with a focus on recruitment and/or within a Talent Management environment
- An equivalent combination of education, experience, and training may be considered.




- Customer service driven; proven ability to develop strategic relationships.
- CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) and/or RPR (Registered Professional Recruiter) designation is an asset.

Demonstrated Skills and Competencies
- Demonstrated project management skills combined with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapid-paced environment with changing priorities
- Comfort in communicating across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, and MS Teams to accomplish work responsibilities.
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to create positive relationships, establish rapport, and influence various interest groups and stakeholders.
- Must be able to work effectively in a team-orientated work setting of multiple tight timelines.
- Personal suitability.
