The Role

We seek a skilled AI Model Training and Deployment Intern to join our all-star engineering team building the next generation of Flexspring’s AI tools and services. At Flexspring, you’ll help us develop, using AI agents, our cutting-edge iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) that integrates HR applications.

What You'll Do

- Collaborate with a group of technological experts to explore AI opportunities and apply business logic to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Use a low-code AI studio to design, train, and refine AI models.
- Translate business requirements into effective AI workflows.
- Customize and configure pre-built AI components to fit project needs.

- Organize, preprocess, and manage datasets to optimize AI training.
- Implement strategies for cleaning, augmenting, and validating data.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and source data for specific use cases.

- Maintain thorough documentation of development processes and decisions.

What You Bring

Must Have

- Currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with low-code/no-code AI tools (e.g., Azure AI Studio or similar platforms).
- Proficiency in Java, React.js or other programming languages.
- Strong foundation in software architecture and business logic principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have
- Software development experience with Java, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, Graph QL, ReactJS, and JMS
