Analyst Cost Accounting

Responsibilities

- Analyze and optimize standard costs and manufacturing variances.
- Conduct product profitability and performance analyses.
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to costs, efficiency, and profitability.
- Support Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, and Finance teams with financial insights.
- Contribute to monthly close, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Analyze costs and inventory and support audits and internal controls.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

- CPA designation with 3-5 years of manufacturing cost accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP systems - SAP is a solid asset.
- Advanced or intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly and work cross-functionally.
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
