Role Description
This is a full-time role responsible for generating new business and servicing personal and commercial property and casualty insurance clients. Based in Markham, ON, this hybrid position allows you to work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting needs assessments, presenting insurance solutions, and preparing quotes and proposals.
The Producer will advise clients on coverage options, submits policy changes, and review renewals ensuring a high level of customer service.
The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers, adhering to regulatory standards, and meeting individual sales and performance targets within the #PrimeServiceFamily culture.
Qualifications
- Strong insurance sales and P&C; insurance knowledge, with the ability to match products to client needs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Relevant provincial insurance licensing (RIBO)
- Ability to work independently, meet commission-based performance goals, and collaborate with Support Staff and colleagues.
- Previous experience in a brokerage or insurance sales environment is a bonus.
- Additional language skills are an asset to serve diverse communities across Ontario.
