What you will be doing:

- Associate Lawyer, Insurance Coverage and Defence
- Practice focused primarily on insurance coverage law, with general civil litigation as a supplement
- Insurance coverage work will make up the bulk of the associate’s workload
- Intermediate associates have conduct of their own files where appropriate
- Assist senior counsel on more complex matters

What you must have:

- Minimum of three years of experience in insurance coverage and litigation
- Experience drafting pleadings
- Experience speaking to chambers applications
- Experience negotiating at mediations
- Experience appearing at trial considered valuable
- Breadth of experience across insurance coverage and litigation matters

Salary/Rate Range: $143,000.00 – $182,000.00
