Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and supervise financial statement audits for a diverse client portfolio.
- Assess internal controls and identify areas of risk and improvement.
- Manage audit engagements from start to finish, including fieldwork and report finalization.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior audit staff.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding audit progress, findings, and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards (ISAs) and relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CA(SA) or equivalent professional qualification is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, with a solid background in audit.
- Proven experience in leading audit engagements and managing client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
