Our challenge

We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to test and support high-quality software applications in a technical environment using Java, Selenium, SQL, and AI-enabled tools. The ideal candidate will apply software testing principles, automation practices, and database validation techniques to identify issues and improve product quality. This role will also explore how artificial intelligence and technology can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of QA activities.

The Role: Automation tester with AI enabled tools

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases using Java and Selenium.
- Validate application functionality, data integrity, and system behavior using SQL.
- Identify, document, prioritize,



and track defects through resolution.
- Create and maintain test plans, test scripts, and automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and QA team members to resolve issues.
- Use AI and technology to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and effectiveness.
- Participate in requirements reviews, regression testing, and continuous QA process improvement.

Requirements:

- Experience or foundational knowledge of quality assurance and software testing principles.
- Working knowledge of Java programming.
- Experience with Selenium or similar test automation tools.
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation.
- Solid understanding of test cases, defect tracking, and regression testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Basic knowledge of how AI can support QA activities and improve efficiency.

Preferred, but not required:

- Experience developing or maintaining automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
- Experience using AI-assisted testing tools or integrating AI into QA workflows.
