What You'll Do

As a key member of our service team, you will:

- Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles as assigned.
- Diagnose technical issues through inspections and assessments
- Accurately document all work in line with manufacturer standards
- Conduct road tests to ensure repairs meet performance expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and care of customer vehicles at all times
- Participate in ongoing training to stay ahead of evolving technology
- Mentor and support apprentice technicians as needed.

What You Bring

- Certified 310S Automotive Service Technician (the trade certification to meet provincial requirements.)
- Maintain all relevant Licences and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- Volkswagen/Audi experience is an asset
- Knowledge of mechanical repairs and procedures.
- Familiarity with provincial safety standards
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and clean drivers abstract.
- Ability to drive manual transmission is required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with attention to detail - we are all about earning customers for life!
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
