TD is recruiting for a Contact Centre Associate in Ottawa, Ontario. You will be the voice of TD, assisting inbound callers with account inquiries and offering trusted advice on TD products and services.
The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service during 7am–12am EST, seven days a week, from a secure workspace. After in-person training, you may work primarily offsite with occasional in office team events.
