Shifts are from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM and require versatile availability, including every other weekend and on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated care to a specified group of dialysis patients
- Lead the nursing process in patient management
- Delegate tasks effectively within the healthcare team
- Ensure patient needs are met throughout their recovery
- Maintain adherence to clinical standards and protocols Requirements:
- Must possess a valid RN license and nursing diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- At least 1-year RN experience in Acute Care Hemodialysis
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS required
