Job DetailsKey Responsibilities

- - Prepare, season, and cook meats and other items to exact temperature specifications.
- - Perform basic butchering tasks including trimming and cutting various meat cuts.
- - Maintain a clean and organized grill station following health and safety guidelines.
- - Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- - Follow recipes, portion controls, and kitchen procedures accurately.
- - Work effectively with minimal supervision and within a team environment.
- - Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as needed.

Qualifications

- - Experience as a grill cook or similar role.
- - Ability to cook meats to specific temperatures with consistent accuracy.
- - Basic butchering knowledge.
- - Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- - Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- - Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- - Food Handler’s certification is an asset.
