THE OPPORTUNITY

BPA is looking for a BIM Manager who is passionate about innovation, digital collaboration, and the continuous improvement of modelling processes for engineering design. As a BIM resource for our internal teams, you will play a central role in the evolution and implementation of our BIM practices, tools, and standards across the organization.

You will support project teams across all our offices in Canada in the use of collaborative platforms and BIM tools. You will also contribute to the development of procedures, templates, and digital libraries, while collaborating with the programming team to optimize our production methods.

In partnership with Project Managers, you will help anticipate and manage BIM-related issues that may impact project planning, delivery, and fees. This position offers an opportunity to make a tangible contribution to BPA’s digital transformation and the quality of our multidisciplinary deliverables.

YOUR IMPACT ON A DAILY BASIS

- Act as the BIM resource for internal clients.
- Manage licences, access to collaborative platforms, and integration into project HUBs.
- Configure clash detection processes and filters, and perform coordination analyses.
- Ensure expertise and support for BIM platforms and tools: Revit, BIM 360, BIM Track, Revizto,



and internal tools.
- Represent BPA in BIM meetings with industry professionals.
- Develop and maintain modelling procedures, project templates, the BIM Guide, and the company’s digital library.
- Collaborate with the programming team on the development of tools aimed at improving production efficiency.
- Advise Project Managers on BIM-related issues that may impact project schedules, delivery, and fees.
- Participate in establishing fees related to BIM services.

YOUR PROFILE

- University or college diploma in engineering, architecture, architectural technology, building drafting, or a related field.
- Very good understanding of engineering and/or consulting engineering practices.
- Membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (or equivalent), an asset.
- 7 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in BIM/VDC and team management.
- Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written)*.
- Excellent command of BIM environments and data management.
- Good understanding of systems and technology integrations.
- Pragmatic approach and continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Autonomy in management, curiosity, and initiative.




- Proficiency in English is required to support our activities across Canada and our collaboration with teams and clients in other provinces.
