Centre is seeking two Lifeguard Instructors for part-time employment. In this role, you will oversee pool activities, assess safety compliance, and instruct the Swim for Life programs. You should be adaptable to manage shifts that include mornings, evenings, and weekends while providing a safe and engaging learning environment for swimmers. Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety rules and monitor patron conduct
- Deliver Swim for Life programs with a focus on skill development
- Perform first aid as required during emergencies
- Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks
- Maintain participant engagement during lessons Requirements:
- National Lifeguard Award and Swim for Life qualification
- Standard First Aid/CPR C certification
- Ability to handle physical demands of the role
- Willingness to work varied schedules
