As a Lead Plumber, your responsibilities will include planning and installing systems for water, waste, and gas transport. You will be expected to lead other plumbers, respond to service requests, and engage in direct communication with management.

Your role is critical in maintaining our community standards while ensuring effective plumbing operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure safety and comfort through quality plumbing services
- Perform installations and service plumbing systems efficiently
- Supervise and mentor Apprentice Plumbers for skill growth




- Maintain existing plumbing and address service calls
- Collaborate with leadership on budget adherence and reporting Requirements:
- Valid Journeyman Certificate/Red Seal endorsement
- Three years of experience in plumbing
- Certification in Cross Connection and hydronic heating
- Strong communication and leadership skills required
