Role Description The Bookkeeper is a full time, remote role responsible for maintaining accurate financial records that support LTEA Saloon’s operations and growth. This position will handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing journal entries. The Bookkeeper will assist in producing and reviewing financial statements, reconciling bank and payment processor accounts, and monitoring cash flow.

The role also involves working with accounting software, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities,



and collaborating with operations and leadership to provide financial data and insights. The Bookkeeper will ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards while helping optimize financial processes for a technology-driven, global client base.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong bookkeeping and finance skills, including managing day-to-day financial records and cash flow.
- Candidates should possess experience with financial statements, including preparation, review, and basic analysis.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and related digital tools used for online and SaaS-based businesses.
- Candidates should possess the ability to prepare and post journal entries (accounting) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Relevant skills such as attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to maintain organized records in a remote environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a distributed, technology-focused company.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance; experience with subscription or platform businesses is an advantage.

- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
