We’re looking for aBranch Managerwho is a strong people leader, customer-focused, organized and business-minded—and who wants to make a meaningful difference every day.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing branch team.
- Drive branchsales, revenue, customer service and operational performance.
- Build robust relationships with clients, therapists and healthcare professionals.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, inventory, equipment and facility needs.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development.
- Monitor budgets, P&L;, expenses and accounts receivable.
- Ensure quotes, orders, work orders, billing and service activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes,



customer experience and branch performance.
- Create a positive, collaborative team culture where employees feel supported and accountable.

What You Bring

- Leadership experience in a customer-focused or operations environment.
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing employees, budgets and business operations.
- A customer-first mindset and ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to balancepeople, priorities and business results.
- Experience in healthcare, mobility equipment or a related industry is an asset.
