York-based role includes client interactions and thorough oversight of the due diligence process. As a vital member of the Diligence Management team, you will facilitate the end-to-end fund due diligence process for Brookfield's private funds. Collaborating across departments, from Investor Relations to Legal, you’ll create documents such as RFPs and present diligence materials to investors.

Your expertise will help refine the due diligence experience and improve client interaction during the fundraising cycle. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage comprehensive due diligence documentation for fundraising
- Supervise client interactions, including meetings and calls




- Create standard diligence materials before fund launches
- Maintain and update marketing collateral for client relations
- Prepare regular updates to consultant databases Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics
- 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles
- Familiarity with private fund marketing processes
- Strong project management skills across stakeholders
- Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in software tools Drive effective investor communications and due diligence management as a valued Associate with Brookfield.
