As a Senior Engineer, you will oversee significant projects, conduct forensic investigations, and provide training and mentorship to junior team members. Key Responsibilities: • Act as Engineer of Record (EoR) for projects • Lead building envelope assessments and design • Conduct forensic investigations on building failures • Mentor and support junior engineers and staff • Execute project delivery and quality assurance tasks
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Building Science • BC Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license • Minimum of 10 years building science consulting • 5 years’ experience as Engineer of Record • Excellent project management and communication skills
