The mission of the Business Quality Insurance Department is to support excellence in project and product delivery. We govern, oversee and contribute to the certification of quality standards, ensuring that each project fully meets users’ business needs while complying with current standards. As a trusted partner, we support our collaborators in the execution of high-quality projects.

As a business quality assurance testing officer, you analyze and diagnose issues and situations related to large-scale deliveries and rollouts in your area of expertise, as well as provide quality control and assurance. You provide opinions in accordance with your discipline’s rules and recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs.

What You Bring To The Table





- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in IT quality assurance
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered Experience working in an agile development environment
- Experience in test automation
- Experience developing manual test scenarios
- Experience drafting and running test strategies and scenarios
- International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) certification or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge of Xray, Confluence, HPALM
