The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for constructing, assembling, andfinishing cabinets according to detailed specifications and production plans.This role requires a strong attention to detail, precision, and a commitment toproducing high-quality work.

This is a hands-on job that will require you to be physically fit andkeep pace with an assembly line. The position is safety-sensitive, and thesuccessful candidate must adhere to a drug/alcohol-free workplace policy. PersonalProtective Equipment (PPE) like hearing protection and steel toed boots arerequired on the job-site.

Responsibilities:

- Assembling Cabinets - Constructing cabinets according to specifications, ensuringaccuracy and quality.
- Material Preparation - Cutting, sanding, and shaping materials such aswood or composite materials for assembly.
- Hardware Installation - Mounting hinges, handles, and other hardwarecomponents as required.
- Quality Control - Inspecting finished products to ensure they meetquality standards and specifications.




- Team Collaboration - Working with a team to ensure effective productionand assembly line operation while respectably maintaining a clean and safeworkspace for all.
- Safety Compliance - Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines tomaintain a safe working environment.
- Problem-solving - Addressing any issues or defects during the assemblyprocess.
- Non-EssentialJob Responsibilities include maintenance - performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

JobRequirements:

- Solid understanding of woodworking techniques
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to understand blueprints and measurements
- Excellent attention to detail

Availableshifts include:

- Day shift -- Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Night shift -- Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-12:00am (+$1.50/hr shift premium)
