You will be instrumental in job development, retention support, and fostering collaborations with employers to create inclusive workplaces. The role emphasizes proactive engagement and comprehensive service delivery to meet the unique needs of each client. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized coaching and employment support
- Develop and oversee strategic employer partnerships
- Monitor caseload success and adjust strategies
- Conduct outreach for job placements
- Facilitate accommodation supports for clients Requirements:
- Direct experience in disability employment services preferred
- Post-secondary education in relevant field
- At least 2 years of coaching or job counseling experience
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license required
