This full time role requires a dedicated individual to join the Claims team. You will investigate claims, engage with clients and lawyers, and support a culture of continuous improvement. Your contributions will directly impact client experiences and help maintain CGIC’s high integrity and service standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex bodily injury claims and negotiate resolutions
- Communicate with clients, lawyers, and witnesses effectively
- Offer coaching and technical assistance to team members
- Ensure exceptional client service adhering to quality standards
- Facilitate innovative, client-focused solutions to enhance satisfaction Requirements:
- Minimum of three years in claims or a related field
- A post-secondary degree or diploma is required
- Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation preferred
- Must hold or obtain provincial adjuster license(s)
