Become an essential part of Chartright Air Group as a Crew Scheduler. Your responsibility will include effectively managing crew schedules to ensure operational excellence and compliance with aviation standards. In your role, you will coordinate flight crew schedules, ensuring that qualified personnel are assigned in line with both client needs and regulatory requirements.
You'll handle communication relating to crew assignments and changes, while also building relationships with contract pilots to ensure resource availability. Your contributions will help maintain high standards of safety and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage crew scheduling and assignments effectively
- Monitor and verify crew certifications and training
- Relay schedule changes and updates promptly to crew members
- Maintain contacts with contract pilots for coverage needs
- Engage in continuous improvement of scheduling processes Requirements:
- 2-5 years in crew scheduling or aviation dispatch
- Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) preferred
- Experience using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office
