The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen team in Jasper, AB. You will supervise cooks, ensure high standards of food preparation, and help shape a brand-new culinary environment as our kitchens are rebuilt.
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in a 4- or 5-star setting, holds Journeyperson papers or culinary certification, Alberta Food Handler Certification, and robust leadership and knife skills.
