ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER

Your tasks at a glance

Brand & Business Management

- You lead regular business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and recommend actions.
- You develop and execute annual marketing plans and content strategies across all assigned brands.
- You support growth and expansion of the Ophthalmology portfolio (Oeil Santé, Gimbel, PRISM, ILL, IDOM).
- You contribute to evolving the Public Cataract business with The Cataract Institute.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

- You plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- You manage media mix including paid, owned, and earned channels (search, social, email, video, etc.).




- You monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs.

Digital & Content Management

- You manage website performance and optimization, including SEO and emerging LLM/AI-driven search strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.
- You oversee content development across channels (web, email, social, YouTube, UGC).
- You leverage AI tools for copywriting (scripting, web copy, press releases, ad copy, etc.), translations, and asset creation to improve efficiency and scalability.

Customer Journey & Clinic Support

- You own and optimize the end-to-end patient journey, from awareness through the in-clinic experience.
- You support in-clinic marketing initiatives (collateral, signage, events, patient education materials).
- You work with internal communications teams to develop and align clinic messaging.
- You help manage online reputation, including Google Business profiles and review tracking.

Project Management & Communications

- You participate in cross-functional meetings and share key insights and updates.
- You develop clear briefs, memos, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- You lead and contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives.
- You support key events such as symposiums and industry meetings (e.g., Miami events).

A clear view of your assets

- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- You have 2 to 4 years of experience in brand, integrated, or digital marketing.
- You demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- You are bilingual (French and English) because you need to communicate with monolingual English-speaking employees and suppliers across Canada.
- You are collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
- You have experience in ophthalmology, healthcare marketing, or working with clinics, which is considered an asset.
