Üphoria Yoga is looking for an energetic, warm and reliable Children’s Yoga Teacher to join our growing team!

Located in the heart of Mount Pleasant, Üphoria Yoga offers children’s yoga, after-school programs, camps, birthday parties and family-focused programming. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children and can create a fun, safe and engaging environment.

What You’ll Do

- Lead fun and engaging yoga and movement classes for children
- Incorporate yoga poses, mindfulness, breathing, music, dance and games
- Assist with our after-school programs, Pro-D Day camps and special events
- Lead or assist with children’s birthday parties
- Create a positive, inclusive and welcoming setting
- Help with classroom setup, cleanup and transitions
- Communicate professionally with children, parents and the Üphoria team

We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Loves working with children
- Is energetic, playful, patient and confident leading groups
- Has experience working with children in yoga, recreation, education, childcare, camps,



dance or a similar setting
- Is dependable, organized and comfortable working as part of a team
- Has strong communication skills

Children’s yoga training is an asset but not required for the right candidate.

Requirements

- Experience working with children
- Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
- Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check
- Availability for some weekday afternoons and occasional weekends

Compensation

$22-25/hour for teaching

$18/hour for assisting, training and administrative duties
