Role Description The Chiropractor is a contract, on-site role based at our clinic in North York, ON. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patients with musculoskeletal conditions, performing chiropractic adjustments and other manual therapies, and developing individualized treatment plans focused on pain relief, mobility, and functional improvement. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, evidence-informed care, maintaining accurate clinical records, and educating patients on posture, ergonomics, exercise,



and lifestyle strategies to support spinal and overall health.

The Chiropractor will also participate in re-evaluations, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of the spine and musculoskeletal system, including common conditions and evidence-informed treatment approaches.
- Demonstrated proficiency in chiropractic techniques and adjustments with a focus on protected, patient-centered care.
- Current Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree and licensure in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body in Ontario.
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary or collaborative clinical setting is an asset.
- Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse patient population.
- Commitment to ethical practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to all regulatory and clinic policies.
- Ability to manage a clinical schedule, work independently, and contribute positively to the clinic’s culture and patient experience.
