Operator II role focuses on reliable water supply management through maintenance and technical expertise. This full time position requires experienced professionals who hold or are pursuing EOCP Water Treatment Level II certification. You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems while ensuring adherence to public health standards. A commitment to safety and teamwork is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate systems in the water treatment plant
- Perform repairs on water meters and related equipment
- Maintain and document accurate records of operations
- Handle troubleshooting of operational issues
- Respond to after-hours emergencies and repairs Requirements:
- High school diploma plus technical coursework
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License for BC
- Physical capability for fieldwork in all conditions
- Experience with water treatment processes
- Ability to work independently and efficiently Safeguard drinking water quality as a proactive Water Operator II with the City of White Rock.
